Extremely durable, opaque exterior finish!
Öl-Farbe is best suited for all exterior wood for which an especially durable, biocidal and non-drip coating is desired: timber cladding, roof overhangs, gables, balconies, windows, window shutters, fencing, pergolas, wood shingles, garden sheds, carports and other dimensionally stable and instable constructional elements. Also ideal for renewing old microporous coatings and weathered wood surfaces.

NUMBER OF COATS
Two coats on an untreated substrate; for renovations, normally one coat on the clean surface is sufficient.
Finished surface in 1 day, 2 coats
- First coat on raw wood approx. 45 ml/m².
- Mistakes in the wet coating can be corrected up to 15 minutes after the first application.
- Drying time approx. 6-8 hours (normal climatic conditions, 23 °C/50 % rel. humidity). Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity can increase drying time. Ventilate well.
- Second coat approx. 45 ml/m². (For renovations, normally one coat on a cleaned surface is sufficient.)
- Drying time approx. 12 hours; see point 3.
