In the heart of Milanówek, the historic Willa Waleria has undergone a thorough renovation that breathed new life into this architectural gem.

Once a pinnacle of design, this historical building is now a vibrant cultural and educational space promoting the region's heritage and celebrating the work of the renowned artist Jan Szczepkowski.

During the renovation, the innovative products from Osmo were used to ensure the durability and to enhance the beauty of the wooden surfaces. Every wooden element in Willa Waleria has been expertly protected and refined.

The stairs and staircase were treated with Wood Wax Finish 3138 Mahogany, highlighting the natural wood grain and giving it an elegant, rich tone.

For lasting protection, a top coat of Polyx®-Oil Original 3065 Clear Semi-Matt was applied.

 

The interior walls now shine with the warmth of Wood Wax Finish 3137 Cherry, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere.

Like on the stairs, Polyx®-Oil 3065 was used as a protective top layer to ensure resistance to wear and damage.

 

The ceiling in the veranda was brought to life with a coat of Oil Stain 3543 Cognac, which adds subtle character and complements the interior design perfectly.

A finishing layer of Polyx®-Oil 3065 was applied to add durability.

The flooring throughout the building were finished with Polyx®-Oil 3065, providing long-lasting durability, wear resistance and a natural appearance that highlights the wood texture.

Willa Waleria stands as a testament to the harmony between tradition and modernity.

Through meticulous attention to detail and the proper care of the wood surfaces, Willa Waleria will continue to serve future generations as a hub for creativity and connection. This renovation is more than just a restoration – it’s the preservation of history for the future.
