A good start at Osmo
Our new trainees start their careers
How important a vocational training is can be seen in the lack of skilled workers and perspectives for young people. We at Osmo are working to counteract this trend and offer our new trainees a long-term perspective with a future at our company. With 360 employees at our locations in Warendorf and Münster, we aim to employ our workers for the long term and to provide them with a secure workplace. In a family-like relaxed atmosphere, Osmo offers a good start for the career. As a long-established company, we place value on fostering our trainees and employees and have committed ourselves to developing skilled workers.
For the start of their vocational training on 1 August, we wish our new trainees the best, four commercial and two craftsman trainees. The comprehensive traineeship started with a project week, during which the trainees could familiarize themselves with our coatings and wood products. During the traineeship, we also offer the possibility to partake in projects, in which trainee learn to take on responsibility and to supervise projects from the beginning to the end. The projects may include presentations at job fairs or the implementation of social project.
For many years, Osmo has offered various traineeships – for example as an industrial clerk, a wood mechanic or a lacquer lab technician – this is what distinguishes Osmo as a future-oriented company.
We wish all new “Osmonauts” a good start in their careers and we look forward to our time together!
