Nine trainees land in the Osmoversum!

This year, the importance of solid training is particularly evident due to the shortage of skilled labour and the limited future prospects for young people. At Osmo, we are offsetting this by offering our trainees not only a start to their professional life, but also long-term career opportunities in our company.
With around 360 employees at our locations in Warendorf and Münster, we strive to foster our employees and offer them secure jobs.

On 1 August 2024, nine trainees landed in our Osmoversum! Our trainees are spread across the following areas: five in the commercial careers, two in production, one media designer in Warendorf and one coating lab technician in Münster. After a comprehensive induction in various departments, our new trainees have the opportunity to learn more about our coating systems and wood range during their project week.
They work in small groups on exciting projects that not only stimulate their creativity, but also strengthen teamwork and communication. Their manual skills are also encouraged. With an experienced team, varied tasks and interesting projects, such as the preparation of training fairs or the realisation of social projects, we offer our trainees the best foundation for a successful professional future.
